Kahn Lucas acquires Madame Alexander doll brands

Pennsylvania-based girls apparel company Kahn Lucas Lancaster has acquired all IP and select assets of high-end doll manufacturer Alexander Doll Company.

Pennsylvania-based girls apparel company Kahn Lucas Lancaster has acquired all IP and select assets of high-end doll manufacturer Alexander Doll Company.

The deal sees Kahn Lucas, which was a long-time licensing partner with Alexander Doll with its Dollie & Me brand of girls and doll apparel and fashion accessories, acquiring Alexander Doll’s successful line of Madame Alexander play and collectible dolls, as well as experiential retail brands of Madame Alexander Doll Factory and Newborn Nursery and the entire portfolio of Middleton Doll brands.
