Toronto-based Guru Studio’s original CGI adventure series Justin Time is set to premiere on Astral’s Disney Junior channel in Canada on September 16 at 8:30 a.m. ET.

Every episode of the Family Channel-commissioned series, which currently airs on Discovery Kids (Latin America), Sprout (US), Disney Junior (Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Italy and French-speaking Canada), YLE (Finland) and HOP! Channel (Israel), features two 11-minute stories following the adventurous journeys of Justin, his make-believe friend, Squidgy, and their friend Olive.

A sneak peak of the series can be viewed on September 8 at 9:50 a.m. ET and following the series premiere, Justin Time will air regularly on weekend mornings at 8:30 a.m. ET.

Brandon James Scott, Frank Falcone and Mary Bredin are the show’s creators and developers, and a Justin Time supersite featuring interactive games is also now live on DisneyJunior.ca.

As the series increases its presence with broadcasters (season two is set for a fall 2012 delivery), the property is also branching out into online and mobile games as well as books.
