Cartoon Network Enterprises signs deal for costumes

Cartoon Network Enterprises (CNE), the licensing and merchandising arm of Cartoon Network, has inked a licensing deal with North American specialty retailer Spirit Halloween to produce costumes based hit CN kids' properties Adventure Time and Powerpuff Girls.
