Tapping into an increasingly influential mom demographic, Nickelodeon’s new four-hour primetime television comedy block, NickMom, will launch on October 1.

NickMom will air nightly on Nick Jr. from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. (ET) and replay from 12 to 2 a.m. (ET).

In addition, NickMom has greenlit 13 eps of a new docu-comedy TV series, My 63 Moms, starring comic and new mom, Andrea Rosen, which will be added to the slate in early 2013.

Nickelodeon initially announced the block’s lineup, which includes a mix of original long- and short-form programs covering talk shows, stand up, sketch comedy, hidden camera, and game shows, in February.

In the lead-up to the launch, NickMom.com will also add a new gaming element to its offerings as well as more short-form video, photos, and editorial pieces, all now available across computers, tablets and mobile.

Kicking off the October 1 launch, four new original series will air:

-NickMom Night Out (26 episodes) where comedians Tisha Campbell-Martin, Judy Gold, Caroline Rhea, and Bonnie McFarlane offer humorous takes on the joy and pain of parenting;

-Parental Discretion with Stefanie Wilder-Taylor (26 episodes), a series starring author and comedienne Stefanie Wilder-Taylor that blends interviews, monologues, hidden camera, and sketch comedy;

-MFF: Mom Friends Forever (20 episodes), a docu-comedy series featuring two mom best friends who star in a web show for moms;

-What Was Carol Brady Thinking? (26 episodes) which delves into the mind of the iconic Brady Bunch mom.
