International children’s channel KidsCo has acquired the global TV rights to underwater CG-animated series Shelldon from Bangkok-based Shellhut Entertainment.
The agreement will see the series fully dubbed for worldwide broadcast across all KidsCo territories from November this year.
Aimed at six to 10-year-olds, the 26 x 22-minute series is set in the small reef community of Shell Land and follows the adventures of Shelldon the Shellfish and his sea-creature friends.
The series is created by Shellhut Entertainment in collaboration with studios in Hollywood, Canada, the UK, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.
