Rainmaker sale to Xing Xing Digital collapses

Vancouver-based Rainmaker Entertainment has terminated a deal that saw Rainmaker Studios Inc. (RSI), a subsidiary of Beijing's Xing Xing Digital Corp., acquiring Rainmaker Entertainment's animation studio.
