Zodiak Kids signs Central and Eastern Europe Deals

Zodiak Kids, Zodiak Media's children's production and distribution arm, has signed a number of deals to bring more than 300 hours of content to broadcasters in Central and Eastern Europe.

Zodiak Kids, Zodiak Media’s children’s production and distribution arm, has signed a number of deals to bring more than 300 hours of content to broadcasters in Central and Eastern Europe.

Broadcaster Minimax and Megamax have taken Tele Images’ Emilie series Jolie, Optimistic Pictures Charlotte and Henry and Marathon Media’s 26 x 26-minute series Famous 5. As well, Megamax has picked up Gormiti (65 x 26 minutes) and Tele Images’ animation properties Street Football and Basketeers (series 1 and 2 both 26 x 26 minutes) starring basketball superstar Tony Parker.

Pop TV in Slovenia has added arts and craft series Mister Maker (40 x 20 minutes) to its lineup as well as The Foundation’s Tickety Toc (52 x 11 minutes) and Basketeers and Novel Entertainment’s Horrid Henry (series 2 and 3 both 52 x 11 minutes).
