Spin Master acquires new assets from Wild Planet

Spin Master has purchased the worldwide rights to two of San Francisco-based toyco Wild Planet's key kids properties, Hyper Dash and Spy Gear.

Toronto, Canada-based Spin Master has purchased the worldwide rights to two of San Francisco-based toyco Wild Planet’s key kids properties, Hyper Dash and Spy Gear.

Electronic, musical tag game Hyper Dash promotes mental health and physical exercise helping kids ages six to 12 improve their listening, memory, math and coordination skills.

Spy Gear features fun tech toys for kids including night vision goggles, spy utility holsters, door alarms, lazer pens, spy watches, walkie-talkies, remote cars and apps.

Wild Planet’s exclusive financial advisor for the deal was Intrepid Investment Bankers. The new brands further grow Spin Master’s expanding lineup of toy properties which includes Bakugan Battle Brawlers, Air Hogs, Appfinity, Aquadoodle, La Dee Da, Nano Speed, Spin Master Games, and Zoobles.
