Canada’s Corus Entertainment is launching Extreme Babysitting, a brand new original prank series for families set to air on its YTV channel on January 5 at 7 p.m. ET/PT.

Produced by indie Canuck prodco General Purpose Pictures and CCI Entertainment, in association with YTV, the half-hour series features hilarious pranks by well-meaning family and friends on unsuspecting teen babysitters in the Extreme Babysitting house.

YTV’s on-air personality, Andy Chapman (CRUNCH) will host the show as its behind-the-scenes “Prankmaster.” Extreme Babysitting will air after the hit reality-based comedy series’ Zoink’d and Splatalot.

To date, YTV is seen in more than 11 million homes across Canada.
