Kicking off the 25th anniversary of The Elephant Show starring Sharon, Lois, and Bram, Toronto, Canada-based CCI Entertainment has released the first app based on the sing-along series.

The Elephant Show Play and Sing Along with Sharon, Lois & Bram, which targets kids ages two to six, is now available as a free app for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad devices.

Developed by Toronto-based Moonrider, the app lets kids sing and play classic songs with the acclaimed trio, such as “Skinnamarink” and “Wheels on the Bus,” and features customizable sound effects and re-mix recording options that can be shared on YouTube.

The app is the first in a series of products that will launch as part of the show’s anniversary. DVD gift sets are expected to hit retail locations early this year across North America.

Sharon, Lois & Bram’s Elephant Show was the top-rated preschool show on TVO and CBC in Canada and on Nick Jr. in the US for nearly a decade, and the program has reached more than 100 million homes in North America.
