Activision will develop and publish a series of video games based on the new animated Nickelodeon series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
The new agreement grants Activision with the global rights to produce interactive games based on the series, which premiered this past September on the network. The first of three game titles is expected to be released this summer.
The first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles-inspired video games were developed in the late 1980’s by Konami and a slew of interactive games have since followed, the most recent of which was produced by Ubisoft.
