Zodiak Media-owned The Foundation is launching a new series based on the CBeebies show Mister Maker. Mister Maker Around The World will go into production this spring and will debut on CBeebies in 2014.
The new series will see Mister Maker visit children across the globe to learn about art in their countries and to make new projects with them inspired by their local cultures.
Mister Maker currently airs in more than 100 countries worldwide and has gained particular traction in South Africa, Australia and Asia.
The 26 x 19-minute series, which includes a Christmas special, was commissioned by the CBeebies controller Kay Benbow. Zodiak Kids holds all international broadcast and licensing and merchandising rights to Mister Maker Around The World.
