Atlantyca Entertainment launches IP Agency

Milan, Italy's Atlantyca Entertainment has launched its own IP Agency, which will specifically focus on the sales of Atlantyca's catalogue of children's publishing properties.

Milan, Italy’s Atlantyca Entertainment has launched its own IP Agency, which will specifically focus on the sales of Atlantyca’s catalogue of children’s publishing properties.

Atlantyca Entertainment’s Lucia Geraldine Scott has been appointed  as sales manager for the new agency.  Scott is now responsible for pursuing the sales partners for Atlantyca IP Agency’s catalogue of titles.

Besides homegrown IP, Atlantyca IP Agency’s catalogue also features  properties acquired from its Dreamfarm acquisition in 2010.

Atlantyca IP Agency properties include: Agatha Mistery, a series of 11 books with four set for publication in 2013; Minerva Mint, a series of five books, with the next book to be published this year; Enchanted Emporium, a six-book series, sold into 10 languages (including English to Stone Arch and German to Random House); and Lily Lace, a  girls fashion-oriented brand.

In other Atlantyca news, the company and its co-producer Moonscoop have inked a home entertainment deal with eOne that will bring DVDs of the hit international animated kids series Geronimo Stilton to the US retail market for the first time.

The first title, Operation ShuFongFong and Other Adventures, will be available at retail September 24, 2013.
