New York City-based Brandemonium has expanded its corporate offering to include a full service licensing division. The division, headed by president/COO Scott Shahmanesh, has already inked its first two deals with lifestyle brand Army Pink and girls skateboard brand All Girl Skate Jam.
Army Pink, a trend and lifestyle brand targeting young women and teens, was created in the wake of September 11, 2001, and uses design and graphics to promote the idea of peace and well-being. The first Army Pink collection consisted of hand stitched, vintage-inspired pieces that found favor amongst celebrities and high-end fashion brands.
Brandemonium has brokered a partnership for the brand with the Playing for Change Foundation, an organization dedicated to the same ideals.
As well, Brandemonium has signed on to represent All Girl Skate Jam, artist Patty Segovia’s skateboard brand. The brand, which began as anĀ all-female skateboard contest in 1997, currently partners with the Vans Warped Tour and the summer X-Games.
Brandemonium will be looking to expand the lifestyle brand’s reach through partnerships and licensing deals.
