Bron Animation to shoot CG animated feature Henchmen

Vancouver, Canada-based Bron Animation is set to produce Henchmen, a CG-animated feature film. Based on a script by Jay D. Waxman, Adam Wood will make his feature film directorial debut on the picture, which is set to shoot in fall 2013.

Vancouver, Canada-based prodco Bron Animation is set to start production on Henchmen, a CG-animated feature film.

Based on a script by Jay D. Waxman, Adam Wood will make his feature film directorial debut on the picture, which is set to shoot in fall 2013.

Henchman will portray Jimmy and The Kid, two low ranking henchmen trying to earn a dishonest paycheck by being hired out to super villain group.

Their bad luck in seeing the world’s super heroes foiling their evil master plans changes when The Kid accidentally steals the super villain’s ultimate weapon.

Wood, a former CG animator with Pixar, is currently directing Bron Animation’s Mighty Mighty Monsters specials Halloween Havoc, New Fears Eve and Pranks for the Memories.

Bron managing director Aaron L. Gilbert and Barbara Zelinski will produce.
