Genius Brands goes deeper into digital world

Entertainment developer and marketer Genius Brands has secured a deal that will see digital content conversion company Graphicly adapt its entire line of Baby Genius books for the digital marketplace.

Entertainment developer and marketer Genius Brands has secured a deal that will see digital content conversion company Graphicly adapt its entire line of Baby Genius books for the digital marketplace.

Graphicly will use its proprietary eBook conversion and authoring platform to digitize 20 Baby Genius titles for release on Amazon Kindle, Kobo, Apple iBooks, iPad and iPad Mini, as well as Android devices including Barns & Noble NOOK Tablet and Color and the Amazon Kindle Fire.

Among the educational titles will be Baby Genius’ sing-a-long board books for parents and kids.

The partnership comes as Genius Brands has seen downloads of its Baby Genius songs for kids increase 74% in 2012 versus 2011. The company is also expanding into TV production with a new animated series based on its Genius brand currently in development.
