Spanish production and distribution company Imira Entertainment has sold the first two seasons of Larva in Latin America and Europe.

Cartoon Network Latin America has taken both seasons, while in France, Canal+ will broadcast season two. A deal with Toon TV in Scandinavia was inked for season two, and Israel’s Noga has taken all current episodes.

The first season of Larva (104 x two minutes) sold to Nickelodeon back in March, and it’s been picked up by broadcasters including ABC in Australia, NRK Super in Norway, SVT in Sweden, Canal Plus in France and Disney Channel in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan and Macao.

Aimed at kids and family audience, Larva is a dialogue-free animated  series produced by South Korea’s Tuba Entertainment that features short vignettes from the lives of Red and Yellow, two sewer-dwelling worms.

Imira Entertainment holds distribution rights to Larva for Europe and Latin America.
