Octonauts and US oceanic agency dive into partnership

Underwater-themed preschool series Octonauts is set to have a new partner in the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), as producer Silvergate Media has signed a letter of intent with the organization's Office of Ocean Exploration and Research.
