After officially stepping into the building toy category in August following the acquisition of Meccano,  Spin Master has launched its first construction toys under its new Ionix brand, featuring a line based on its animated co-pro with ShoPro, Tenkai Knights.

Ionix is a new construction system that features shape-shifting building bricks that are fully compatible with other construction sets.

Tenkai Knights, which airs Saturday mornings on Cartoon Network US and mixes traditional 2D animation with CGI, is produced by Spin Master and Japanese anime production company Shogakukan-Shueisha (ShoPro).

The Tenkai Knights line by Ionix is available in the US at Toys ‘R’ Us and Target and will be headed to Walmart stores across the country on December 1.
