The Hub’s new live-action series Spooksville is being supported by two interactive initiatives that include a series of webisodes and an online game.

The webisodes, dubbed Spooksville Freak Files, will give viewers a peek into the mysterious world that lives within Spooksville. Viewers will be privy to a supplemental storyline as the lead character Adam begins to notice the unusual connections between other creepy towns and Springville. Several episodes of the web series are available online now at Hub World with more premiering in the next few weeks.

The Street of Spooksville game will sync with the TV program and offers kids the chance to unlock a new location within the game for downloadable treasures, including wallpapers, printable games, chat icons and more. The game is also available on The Hub’s online destination.

Spooksville, which was announced by the children’s cablenet back in March, is based on the tween book series from Christopher Pike. The half-hour series is produced by Front Street Pictures and Springville Productions in association with Jane Startz Productions.
