Santa Monica, California-based multiplatform entertainment company Shout! Factory has appointed Phase 4 Films to handle all non-music distribution duties in Canada. Under the terms of this alliance, Phase 4 Films will distribute Shout! Factory’s new releases and extensive catalogue of packaged media (Blu-ray and DVD titles) and select digital entertainment content effective January 1.

Since 2003, Shout! Factory has been focusing on  producing, uncovering and revitalizing entertainment properties in extensive and innovative packages .

With an eye towards music compilation and classic television reissues, Shout! Factory founders Richard Foos, Bob Emmer and Garson Foos have brought their sensibilities and commercial reinvention expertise in creating unique products comprised of contemporary, classic and cult TV series and feature films, family friendly animation, live music, comedy specials, documentaries, as well as pop culture properties driven by the comic book universe.
