New York-based online video service DramaFever, known for streaming Korean TV dramas, is making its first moves into the children’s market through licensing 12 foreign-language programs from South Korea.

Housed under its own section across DramaFever’s site and mobile and smart TV apps, the new vertical, DramaFever Kids, will stream content for children between the ages of two and 10. The shows are designed to support at-home language learning for multi-language households.

The 12 titles from South Korea included in this first round of syndication include Synergy Media’s Colorful Crayon (pictured); ICONIX’s Pororo, Tayo, Chiro; OCON’s Dibo the Gift Dragon, Dibo Sing Along Show; EBS’ Oops! i-Kooo, Why?, Dancing Kongya, Papalula; and KBSN’s Hutos.

Five-year-old DramaFever’s Korean and foreign-language subtitled dramas have drawn more that 15 million subscribers. The company also syndicates a portion of its library to Hulu, Netflix, Amazon and iTunes.
