Rovio’s ToonsTV brings Stan Lee superhero to the masses

The streaming VOD platform owned by Rovio Entertainment that recently surpassed two billion views launched Stan Lee's Chakra the Invincible last week, and the series will also run within the Angry Birds game apps.
