After inking Pennsylvania-based Wicked Cool Toys last October as its master toy licensee, the debut line of toys from the animal/science adventure TV show Wild Kratts is rolling out at Toys ‘R’ Us stores and online in the US. The live-action and animation series, which airs on PBS Kids in the US and TVOntario in Canada, follows the Kratt brothers’ adventures around the world discovering wild animals.

Among the first toys will be the Wild Kratts Creature Power Suit (US$19.99), in which collectible power discs can be inserted in the center of its vest. There will also be a line of talking Kratt brothers plush (US$17.99), wildlife plush (US$7.99) and a Createrra vehicle set (US$7.99) modeled after the Jeep used on the show.

The first book from the Wild Kratts line, Wild Sea Creatures: Sharks, Whales and Dolphins!, is also now available from Random House Kids. Targeting readers four to six, the story focuses on the Kratt brothers and their travels to animal habitats around the world.
