August 21, 2014

London-based ITV Studios Global Entertainment has appointed Steve Green to the newly created position of EVP of Kids Content and Distribution. In this role, he will oversee L&M operations, as well as commercial and programming activity.

The hire comes on the heels of Jean Philippe Randisi’s departure, who left ITV Studios as EVP and director of consumer products in mid-July to take the CEO post at Zodiak Kids.

Green is a brands and rights specialist who will start at ITV with a particular focus on this year’s reboot of the Thunderbirds franchise.

Most recently, Green was a founding partner at Corinthian Entertainment, a company that launched in 2011 to provide operational support for the development of entertainment brands. Its clients include BBC Worldwide and Egmont Books. Prior to that, Green helped launch China-based publisher of digital games and mobile entertainment, Galleon Holdings, as its CEO.
