Kim Goody and Alan Coates, the co-founders of London-based audio post-production company Soho Square Studios, have launched a new children’s and family entertainment based production arm, Soho Square Productions. The new prodco has partnered with Keith Chapman on its first preschool series.

The currently untitled CGI-animated 52 x 11-minute CGI toon has Chapman (Paw Patrol, Bob the Builder, Fifi and the Flowertots) on board as co-creator, and Tim Harper (Raa Raa the Noisy Lion, Andy Pandy, Roary the Racing Car) set to direct.

Soho Square Productions will introduce the series to broadcasters at MIPCOM in Cannes, along with additional shows in development.

Beyond animation, Goody and Coates plan to work in a number of genres and formats, including live-action, drama and documentaries.

The creative duo, who has worked on more than 100 film and television programs, including Moshi Monsters: The Movie, Postman Pat and Little Charley Bear, originally founded Soho Square Studios in 1990 and now has six new audio post production outfits in London’s Soho Square.
