Include kids programming in basic, DHX Media tells CRTC

As the Canadian broadcast regulator continues its Let's Talk TV hearings on the future of television in the country, the new operator of Family, Disney XD and Disney Junior argued that not including the channels in a skinny basic cable option would diminish the quality of Canadian kids content.
