UK-based agency Bulldog is taking the hit grocery-themed toy line Shopkins down the licensing aisle.

Aimed at girls, Shopkins are miniature toys that represent everything one can find in a grocery store, such as fruits, veggies, bread, milk products and desserts. The collectibles also come with mini-grocery carts and bags. Bulldog Licensing is representing the property in the UK and is currently on the hunt for back-to-school, publishing, apparel and plush licensees.

The collectibles produced by Moose Toys have taken off in popularity throughout Australia, the US and the UK. In less than two months, a handful of short animated Shopkins cartoons uploaded on YouTube have garnered more than five million views.

Last month, Australia-based Moose Toys signed on Toronto, Canada-based The Licensing Shop as its exclusive merchandising and licensing agent for Shopkins in North America.
