Toronto’s 9 Story Media Group has inked new sales with international broadcasters for animated preschool series Guess How Much I Love You – The Adventures of Little Nutbrown Hare.
Produced by Australia’s SLR Productions, Germany’s KiKA and ARD, and ABC4Kids, the 52 x 11-minute series has been picked up by JCC for the Middle East, Minimax Chello for Central Europe and RUV for Iceland.
The series, which currently airs around the world on channels including KiKA and ARD (Germany), Disney Junior (US), ABC4Kids (Australia), Nickelodeon (UK and France), Hop! (Israel), Disney (Spain and Italy), TFO and TVO (Canada) and YLE (Finland), was also recently greenlit for a second season.
Guess How Much I Love You is based on Sam McBratney’s bestselling book published by Walker Books. To date, 32 million copies of the book have been sold worldwide and this year marks the title’s 20th anniversary.
The new sales come on the heels of 9 Story Media Group’s rebrand from 9 Story Entertainment earlier this month.
