Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) has bolstered its TV portfolio in France with today’s launch of Nickelodeon 4Teen, a brand-new multiplatform channel targeting kids ages seven to 14, with an emphasis on girls.
Available on satellite platform Canalsat via Numericable, and on an updated version of the free Nick App, Nickelodeon 4Teen is the 18th channel in VIMN France’s pay-TV portfolio, now the largest in the region according to the media company.
Additional kids channels include Nickelodeon, Nick Jr. and the newly launched interactive hybrid My Nick Jr.
Taking inspiration from US channel TeenNick, Nickelodeon 4Teen will provide popular programs including Sam & Cat, Every Witch Way (pictured), Victorious and iCarly, as well as TV movies.
Nickelodeon 4Teen on the Nick App will feature exclusive video clips, the Nickelodeon 4Teen radio and social media functions connected to Nick’s TV programming.
