Time Warner adds BabyFirst to lineup

With the new carriage deal, BabyFirst expands its reach to more than 50 million homes in the US.

US cable giant Time Warner has added independent child development network BabyFirst to its programming lineup.

With the family-friendly network now available to Time Warner subscribers in English and Spanish on Channel 256, BabyFirst has expanded its reach in the US to more than 50 million homes.

Its age-appropriate content for babies, toddlers and their parents is also offered in the US via basic packages on DIRECTV, Dish Network, Comcast and AT&T U-verse.

The new deal sees BabyFirst boost its global reach to more than 91 million households in 33 countries, including the US, and it was recently picked up by Singapore’s family-focused media company StarHub TV.
