CPLG North America names new of VP retail development

Elliot Lederman is tasked with developing new retail partnerships in all distribution channels and promoting CPLG and DHX Brands' portfolios.

DHX Media-owned CPLG (Copyright Promotions Licensing Group) has appointed Elliot Lederman as its new VP of retail development for CPLG North America.

In his new post, Lederman is tasked with finding and developing new retail partnerships in all distribution channels, including brick-and-mortar and online. He will also be responsible for promoting all consumer products in CPLG’s portfolio (World of Warriors, Space Invaders, Michelangelo) and DHX Brands properties (Teletubbies, Yo Gabba Gabba!, Twirlywoos, Degrassi, Inspector Gadget and Caillou).

With more than 25 years of experience in licensing, Lederman has held exec positions at a number of entertainment companies, including Paramount Pictures and Universal Studios. His expertise includes retail partnerships in the US and Canada in all channels of distribution, including mass market, mid-tier, specialty and eCommerce.

DHX opened CPLG North America in L.A. last May.
