Amazon has greenlit five series tested in its latest Prime Instant Video’s pilot season, including kids shows Just Add Magic and The Stinky & Dirty Show (pictured).

The new shows will premiere exclusively to Prime members in the US, the UK and Germany later this year and in 2016.

Just Add Magic is a single-cam live-action series for kids ages six to 11. Based on Cindy Callaghan’s same-name books and adapted by Joanna Lewis and Kristine Songco (Sullivan & Son, Fairly Odd Parents), the pilot was directed by Joe Nussbaum (Awkward). The story centers on Kelly Quinn and her two BFFs, Darbie and Hannah, who stumble upon her grandmother’s mysterious cookbook in the attic and discover it has some interesting recipes.

For preschoolers, The Stinky & Dirty Show is an animated series from Brown Bag Films (Peter Rabbit, Octonauts, Doc McStuffins). Inspired by the “I Stink!” book series by Kate and Jim McMullan, the show is written by Guy Toubes (The Adventures of Chuck & Friends, Littlest Pet Shop). Taking place in the town of Go City, the show follows the misadventures of best friends Stinky the garbage truck and Dirty the backhoe loader.

Pilots that did not get greenlit include Buddy: Tech Detective, Niko and the Sword of Light and Table 58.

The other adult-geared pilots picked up for full seasons alongside Just Add Magic and The Stinky & Dirty Show include The Man in the High Castle, dark comedy Mad Dogs and docu-series The New Yorker Presents.

In addition to the new series, Amazon Studios also announced three additional original shows will debut this year, including kids series Wishenpoof! from Angela Santomero and Out of the Blue Enterprises.

The news comes on the heels of Amazon announcing a partnership with veteran TV producers Sid and Marty Krofft to develop a re-imagined pilot for ’70s cult-classic series Sigmund and the Sea Monsters.
