Dubit has appointed kids brand specialist Adam Schoff as VP of digital strategy for Asia Pacific for the company’s new office in Melbourne, Australia.
Schoff has a history of successfully developing brand strategies in the kids’ space from his days with Mattel, Disney, Nickelodeon and the Australian Football League.
Based in Melbourne, he currently works with the late Steve Irwin’s children, Bindi and Robert, and manages the iconic Crocodile Hunter brand. Schoff will continue to work with the Irwin family as he helps grow Dubit’s business in region.
Dubit first began operations in the UK in 1999 and now generates more than 70% of its revenue from outside the region, particularly in the US, and also China, Australia and Singapore.
In 2014, the kids entertainment consultancy opened its first office outside the UK in L.A., led by ex-Mind Candy VP, Brad Schultz.
Peter Robinson, Dubit’s head of research, will be speaking at the Kidscreen Summit taking place in Miami from February 23 to 26.
