Kids TV and learning service Hopster has inked a multi-territory content deal with DreamWorks Classics for seven of its kids series.
Following the deal, Hopster will start offering classic shows Postman Pat, Rupert Bear, Noddy in Toyland, Roary the Racing Car, Fifi and the Flowertots, Tinga Tinga Tales and Ethelbert the Tiger in the UK around Easter. Another European territory will be announced in the coming months.
The platform currently streams 23 other shows, including Paddington Bear, Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom and 64 Zoo Lane through existing licensing deals.
Along with the DreamWorks deal, Hopster also announced its launch on Android. The platform is currently available on iOS in the UK and Ireland, and will be launching on Android in March.
