The UK’s Children’s Media Conference (CMC) is expanding its Rights Exchange, with the second edition set to take place at The London Boor Fair (April 14 to 16), held in London, England.

Its Rights Exchange is an event that aims to connect players in the kids publishing and media industries. Last year saw the first event take place on November 7, as a spin-off from the annual Children’s Media Conference in Sheffield, England.

Now, CMC is bringing the Rights Exchange to The London Book Fair, as part of the Fair’s big push into TV and film rights.

Taking place on April 16 during the first Creative Industries Day, the Rights Exchange will aim to connect children’s publishers with multimedia developers and producers. There will be a full day of pre-booked meetings that match rights owners with content producers, developers and licensing professionals.

Also participating in the Creative Industries Day will be industry giants such as BAFTA, LIMA, MIPJUNIOR and UKIE.
