The UK’s Jetpack Distribution has closed a significant deal with Middle Eastern broadcaster MBC for a wide range of kids programming from its portfolio.

In all, MBC has acquired broadcast rights to 62 hours of content for its kids channel MBC3, including Invisible Network of Kids (26 x 24 minutes) and 52 x 11-minuter Jamie’s Got Tentacles (pictured).

Led by industry veteran Dominic Gardiner, Jetpack launched last June and is on a mission to expand its international portfolio. It recently picked up exclusive global distribution rights to Heart and Soul, produced by Australia’s 1440 Productions, and The Moe Show from Auckland, New Zealand-based Pop-Up Workshop.
