Out of the Blue joins Accessible Television Portal project
Super Why! creator Out of the Blue Enterprises has joined the US Department of Education's Accessible Television Portal project, a new SVOD service that streams kids TV shows to students who are blind, visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing.
