Smarty Pants hires head of syndicated research

Smarty Pants has tapped Amie Turrill Owens as the company's first head of syndicated research.

Family and youth market research firm Smarty Pants has hired seasoned marketer/strategist Amie Turrill Owens as the company’s first head of syndicated research.

Based in Foxboro, Massachusetts, Owens will lead the company’s growing portfolio of syndicated offerings, including its annual Young Love brand affinity and usage study.

Owens has more than 25 years of related industry experience, and joins Smarty Pants from advertising agency Arnold Worldwide, where she was SVP of brand planning. Before that, she spent four years as Reebok’s head of brand strategy and global insights.
