DreamWorks Animation stars King Julien and Turbo are headed to TV screens in Spain, thanks to Planeta Junior’s unprecedented sale of nine DWA titles to Spanish broadcasters.

Responsible for distributing DreamWorks programming in Spain, Planeta Junior has secured deals that will see  RTVE, TV3 (Catalonia), EITB (Basque Country) and TVG (Galicia) begin airing Turbo FAST in October, followed by All Hail King Julien, The Adventures of Puss in Boots, Dinotrux and five other series from DreamWorks Animation.

Planeta Junior has managed the TV, licensing and promotion rights to DWA titles since February 2014. The company also produces its own content, such as new series Bubble Bipa co-production with Triacom Audiovisual, TVE, TVC and Toonz Entertainment, and Famosa co-pro Mutant Blasters.
