Exactly one month since Disney merged its consumer products and interactive businesses, the mega-division has released Cars Daredevil Garage, a new toy-integrated app that syncs with Mattel’s 2015 line of diecast cars.

The newest addition to an ever-expanding interactive hybrid toy market, Cars Daredevil Garage is now available for free on the App Store. It allows kids to scan physical cars into a virtual world, where they can compete in races with Lightning McQueen and earn more friends through gameplay. More than 80 virtual cars are also available for purchase in the app.

Cars Daredevil Garage precedes this fall’s launch of Precision Series, a new physical line of collector diecast cars that feature articulated elements unique to each Cars character, such as PVC tires and specialized engines. All playsets light up, come with a special diecast, and will have the ability to connect to other Cars story sets from Mattel.

The first in the series, Flo’s Café Playset, will be available at retail this fall, with more sets and cars launching in 2016.
