Preschool SVOD app OobEdoO has added three new television series to its roster, thanks to content deals with BBC Worldwide and HIT Entertainment.

The primary product from the UK-based digital media company of the same name, OobEdoO is adding Balamory series four (21 x 20 minutes) and Charlie and Lola series three (26 x 11 minutes) from BBC Worldwide. Meanwhile, two 50-minute specials and six episodes of Barney & Friends have been licensed from HIT Entertainment.

The new additions will be available on the service this month.

OobEedoO‘s TV content is combined with interactive educational games, so kids can expect to see accompanying Balamory, Charlie and Lola and Barney-themed games made available on the SVOD app.

Since it was launched by Bin Weevils co-founder Myke Crosby in 2014, the ad-free, subscription-based app has been steadily building a roster of programming that includes Bob the Builder, Pingu, Timmy Time, In the Night Garden, Humf, Tractor Tom and Teletubbies.
