Following a company rebrand in October and continuing the digital expansion of its iconic Care Bears IP, American Greetings Entertainment is sending the first-ever Care Bears interactive appisode, “Care Bear-A-Thon,” to Apple TV with the help of Palo Alto, California-based partner Plumzi.
The free appisode is currently available from the App Store for Apple TV and the story lets kids interact with their favorite Care Bears characters like Funshine and Tenderheart using the new Siri Remote’s motion-sensing and touch capabilities.
Touted as a premier appisode technology platform, Plumzi has worked with the likes of Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, DreamWorks, Warner Bros. and Saban Brands to help create and monetize animated appisodes.
