US-based Nat Geo WILD Channel is set to launch a new programming block, dubbed Nat Geo WILD KiDS, on Saturday mornings that will feature a range of natural history, science and wildlife-themed shows.

The two-hour block will bow March 5, featuring such series as Nature Boom Time (pictured), where kids follow Charlie Engleman in exploring forests across the US. Wild to Inspire, meanwhile, takes kids on an African safari with adventure filmmaker Filipe DeAndrade.

The block will also showcase popular videos from the Nat Geo Kids website, including 50 Birds, 50 States and Real or Fake, which is the brand’s popular kid-on-the-street quiz show.
