In meeting a growing demand from global producers for more French-language dubbing services, London-based BTI Studios is opening a Paris facility to better serve the French-speaking market, specifically in the areas of broadcast and VOD.

BTI Studios, whose 24 local facilities provide dubbing and subtitling in any language, will launch the new studio this fall to service both its global and local French clients.

Industry vet Thierry Baudry is heading up the new facility. He was previously chief of dubbing operations worldwide at the multilingual dubbing and subtitling company Mediadub International. Currently, Baudry runs BTI’s French dubbing department, which will re-locate to Paris. The new space will be equipped with recording studios and mixing and editing suites.
