New York’s Little Airplane Productions is set to develop a brand-new animated preschool series entitled Rock! Taco! Balloon! with Germany’s m4e.

The comedy is driven by visual gags stemming from the adventures of three unlikely friends who, despite their silliness, share a profound and innocent wisdom.

Rock! Taco! Balloon! will encourage optimism, friendship and a sense of humor among preschoolers.

Little Airplane and m4e are set to introduce the 52 x 11-minute project to international buyers for the first time at MIP Jr. and MIPCOM next week.

The development deal is not the first time m4e has worked on a Little Airplane project. It was recently tapped to rep Super Wings, the successful international co-production from Funny Flux, EBS and CJ E&M (Korea), Little Airplane (US) and Qianqi Animation (China).
