Rainmaker buys Frederator, Ezrin Hirsh to form WOW!

The Vancouver animation studio has acquired MCN Frederator and Ezrin Hirsh Entertainment to form WOW! Unlimited Media, which will be led by Nelvana co-founder Michael Hirsh.
