Canada’s Entertainment One (eOne) has a new UK broadcasting partner and a number of fresh licensees on-board its preschool series PJ Masks. The agreements were made in anticipation of the launch of the show’s first toy line in the UK on February 4 by Flair’s Just Play.

Sony Pictures Television Networks’ free-to-air channel Tiny Pop has picked up PJ Masks for a February 25 debut.  (The series debuted on Disney Junior UK last February.)

On the licensing front, VTech and LeapFrog is producing a range of electronic toys for the Innotab/DigiGo, LeapPad, Epic and LeapStart platforms. Ravensburger has a line of puzzles and games launching in July, and socks from Roy Lowe will follow in October. William Lamb is introducing a limited range of bags for back-to-school later this year, with an expanded line of bags and footwear to come in January 2018. In addition, Dreamtex is retailing children’s bedding from October, Zak is signed for lunchware products and Gemma International will produce an assortment of PJ Masks party and social expression items.

The new partners join existing UK licensees including Hachette (master publishing partner), Immediate Media, Redan (magazines) and Aykroyds & TDP (nightwear and underwear).
