US streamer Hulu has inked a deal with The Jim Henson Company for exclusive streaming on-demand rights to Dot. (pictured), and has also picked up all episodes of Counterfeit Cat from Wildseed Studios and Tricon Kids & Family.

Counterfeit Cat, an animated comedy that follows the friendship between a lazy, selfish house cat and an excitable, naïve alien with a homemade purple cat suit, premieres on March 17. The series is created by Wildseed Studios and Tricon Kids & Family and debuted on Disney XD.

Dot. is based on the New York Times bestselling book by Randi Zuckerberg. The 52 x 11-minute preschool show follows eight-year-old Dot as she tries to solve problems using her tech knowledge. It is produced by the Industrial Brothers in association with The Jim Henson Company and the CBC, and airs on CBC Kids and Sprout. It will be available on Hulu on April 15.

All past episodes of 9 Story’s Camp Lakebottom, meanwhile, are also going to be available on Hulu as of April 8.

The news follows not that long after Hulu recently began enabling  parents to create custom profiles for their kids that include only their favorite content. The streamer’s library also includes some 500 eps and 20 original movies from Disney-ABC,  Curious George and Powerpuff Girls.
