9 Story Distribution International has acquired three kids series for global distribution, including Vivi (pictured), Ruby’s Studio and My Friend Bubbles.

Vivi is created by Alê Abreu and produced by Brazil’s Mixer Films. 9 Story has acquired all international rights to the show excluding Latin America, where the series will air on Discovery Kids. The 26 x 11-minute toon follows seven-year-old Vivi and her friends as they embark on magical journeys.

Ruby’s Studiocreated and produced by L.A.-based The Mother Company, is a four x 45-minute and four x 28-minute preschool series focused on social and emotional learning. The show’s full-length episodes—along with more than 60 shorts—are available on Netflix and Amazon, as well as on American Public Television networks. 9 Story has acquired all rights to Ruby’s Studio excluding English-speaking SVOD and select US rights.

My Friend Bubbles (52 x one minute) is a multiplatform short series from Canada’s TéléQuébec that promotes socio-emotional and cognitive development in toddlers. 9 Story has acquired worldwide rights to the series excluding French Canada.

Toronto-based 9 Story Media Group launched 9 Story Distribution International last year in an effort to expand its European footprint. The new operation launched in October at Brown Bag’s recently opened Dublin-based flagship studio.
